Once you give us the “green light” we approach the seller and we directly negotiate with him and his agent the relevant contract and, in particular, all the matters identified by you (prices, deliveries, guarantees, agent’s fee if any and any other contractual matter), keeping the highest confidentiality.
We can also advise you with regard to brokers or banks as to loan or other financing means and we take care of the relationships with the seller’s accountant, real estate agent, advisor and lawyer (if any). We identify, liaise and assist with experienced local tax expert as well as the notary public in charge of the definitive deed of transfer. |
